The University of Pretoria (UP) has opened its new Engineering 4.0 facility, which focuses on research on smart transport, cities and infrastructure. The facility, on the Hillcrest campus, is part of the Faculty of Engineering, Built Environment and Information Technology (EBIT), the university notes.
